About the service
KRYGA helps you manage WooCommerce from iPhone and relays your requests to the store. The KRYGA team provides the service; contact woo@kryga.com.ua.
The App Store app is covered by Apple’s standard EULA, unless stated otherwise there. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Who can connect a store
Only connect a store you own or are authorized to manage. You need compatible WordPress and WooCommerce versions, HTTPS, accessible APIs, and application passwords enabled. Access is approved on your website. User roles, security plugins, and hosting restrictions may affect feature availability.
You are responsible for lawful access, accurate information, and protecting your device. Do not share sessions or connection keys with others.
Your store actions
Changes follow user actions. KRYGA does not make decisions for the store owner or change prices, stock, products, or orders on its own initiative. Creation, editing, deletion, and status changes follow commands from an authorized user in the app. Review changes before saving; deferred execution or a retry may complete a command you previously submitted.
What runs automatically. Once you approve access, the service configures the technical connection: it uses a separate WordPress application password and creates and, when needed, repairs its own webhooks. These report website changes. Synchronization, photo downloads, and notifications may run automatically. Disconnection removes KRYGA’s own webhooks and separate access.
Your website’s data is authoritative. If an action’s result is unknown, check it before repeating the change. How the website processes a command also depends on WooCommerce and installed plugins.
Initial synchronization and hosting load
Before downloading, we recommend preparing a backup or using a separate test store. After connection, KRYGA downloads product, order, and other available information from your website so you can view it and manage the store from the app. The download itself reads this data rather than editing it on your website.
The first synchronization may temporarily increase hosting load. Data is transferred in batches, but speed and impact depend on store size, hosting resources, and plugins. We do not guarantee zero load. For a large store, choose a quieter time; follow progress and pause the download if needed.
Feature limitations
Analytics uses available WooCommerce data and does not replace accounting, tax, or banking records. Attribution, payment, and shipping details depend on your website and integrations.
Push notifications depend on website events, connectivity, Apple, and iOS permissions. With direct connections, reviews refresh when the section opens; instant review notifications need an additional website integration. We do not guarantee compatibility with every third-party plugin or uninterrupted network service availability.
Data and responsibilities
Store data is kept in WooCommerce on your website and locally on your iPhone. Your data remains yours. You authorize KRYGA to process it only to operate the app and carry out your requests. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Our privacy policy explains the technical transfers needed to run the service, storage, and deletion.
The store owner is responsible for lawful processing of customer data and their store actions. We are responsible for KRYGA under applicable law. KRYGA is not a party to your sales and does not collect payment for your products.
Store backups
KRYGA is not a WooCommerce backup service. The working copy on your iPhone synchronizes with the website, including confirmed deletions, and does not replace an independent backup.
The store owner is responsible for website backups and recovery. Before the first connection, we recommend creating a current website backup and checking that it can be restored, or first testing KRYGA on a separate staging copy of the store. For testing, use an environment isolated from real orders and payments. Before switching to the live store or making significant changes, we also recommend checking your backup: testing does not replace it. This is a recommendation for safer use, not a condition of access to the app.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KRYGA is not liable for lost or corrupted data, lost profits, business interruption, or indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including user actions or failures of hosting, networks, WooCommerce, or third-party plugins. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of all these systems.
This limitation does not exclude liability for our intentional misconduct or other cases where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unauthorized access, bypassing restrictions, malicious requests, infringing others’ rights, or illegal activity. Where there is a substantiated security threat or breach of these terms, we may restrict the affected connection and notify you where permitted and where doing so poses no further risk.
Pricing and availability
KRYGA is available to download from the App Store. The actual price of the app and any paid features, if introduced, will be shown before purchase in the App Store or the relevant interface. This page does not create a subscription or charge you.
Disconnection and deletion
You can delete a store and your KRYGA profile in the app. Disconnection removes KRYGA-owned webhooks and the separate application password after website confirmation, along with local store data. WooCommerce products, orders, and customers remain on your website. Deleting a shared connection ends its availability for the associated KRYGA users.

Updates and contact
We may update features and these terms. The current version includes an update date; we will communicate material changes through an available channel. For questions or disputes, contact woo@kryga.com.ua first. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by mandatory legal rules; these terms do not remove the rights they provide.
