Delete one store
- Open KRYGA and go to More → Stores.
- Choose the store and select Delete store.
- Read the warning and confirm.
- Wait for confirmation that deletion is complete.
Owner or administrator permissions are required. For a shared store, the connection ends for all of its KRYGA users. The app deletes its local data and photo cache. The server removes the connection and related records after confirming removal of its own webhooks and revocation of the separate application password.
Delete your KRYGA profile
- In More → Stores, first disconnect stores where you are the last owner or administrator.
- Select Delete KRYGA profile at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm deletion and wait for completion.
This deletes your KRYGA profile, sessions, devices, notification subscriptions, and store memberships. Shared stores with other owners remain available to those owners. This does not delete your WordPress account or customers’ personal data in WooCommerce.
If your website is unavailable
Disconnection may not finish until your website confirms access revocation. In this case KRYGA shows an error and retains technical state for another attempt. Restore website availability and try again; do not change products or orders to test the connection.
Revoke access in WordPress
- Sign in to WordPress as the user who granted access.
- Go to Users → Profile → Application Passwords and revoke only the KRYGA password.
- In WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Webhooks, remove only KRYGA webhooks delivered to woo.kryga.com.ua that belong to this connection.
Do not delete other integrations’ keys or webhooks. If you cannot identify a record, contact support. Revoking website access does not itself delete your KRYGA profile; delete it in the app.
What remains after deletion
WooCommerce retains your products, images, orders, and customers. Other stores’ data is not affected. Minimal security and operation records may be kept where needed to protect legal rights or meet legal obligations. Restricted backups rotate within 14 days. See our privacy policy for details.
Signing out or deleting the app from your iPhone is not a confirmed store disconnection.
Need help?
If you have lost access to the app, email woo@kryga.com.ua with the subject “Delete KRYGA profile”. Include your store address and profile email. We will verify your right to make the request and help complete deletion.
Do not send WordPress passwords, application passwords, SSH/FTP keys, or payment information. Support is an additional way to get help, not a requirement for in-app deletion.
